3. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES.
EXCHANGE POLICY WHAT IS RCG STORE RETURN’S POLICY?
Unwashed, unworn, wrong or defective items may be exchanged within the same brand (depending upon the stock availability) within 14 days from the date of delivery. Any product which is 'Stitched' for the customer will NOT be entertained for exchange or return. Similarly, any unstitched product purchased from RCG will not be open for any claims or exchanges if the customer has already got it stitched. Shipping costs (both ways) to send any non-damaged items will be paid by the customer. RCG will be responsible for shipping costs on defective/wrong merchandise only. RCG will not accept exchanges for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. RCG is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing. Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return. RCG has full rights to update the Exchange policy without any prior notice..
CAN I RETURN A PART OF MY ORDER?
No,you can't return a part of order but, you may exchange a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being exchanged needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same.
HOW LONG WILL THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?
Delivery time would depend on your chosen courier. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days (48 hours). Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. You can always speed up the process by using our Drop Ship facility & return the Full/Partial Order by yourself, to save your money and time.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
Your money would be returned to you through bank transfer or easy paisa. You could also exchange the product with any of our other product line.

WHERE DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
Please take note that the entire cost of returning the delivered package would be the customer's responsibility and the brand will not be held accountable for any charges in this regard. In case of not receiving your ordered package, you can request for a proof of delivery, which will be presented to you in a limited amount of time.

If the last update states that the refund has already been initiated please wait for the refund process to complete. Depending on the mode of refund, the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account can vary. If you haven’t received any update from us please write to us or give us a call.
