Exchange & Claim Policy
RCG has a flexible exchange and claim policy but with limitations in order to ensure that we continue to provide you with the best quality and exemplary customer service. We do not offer full cash refunds on all purchases but customers have the right to claim a refund on defective or incorrect orders. However, items that have been used, washed, damaged, or stained will not be eligible for a refund.
- You can claim a refund within 10 days of delivery.
- You can also exchange products with another product of the same brand within the stipulated time. However, you cannot exchange products with a product of another brand.
- Similarly, any unstitched product purchased from RCG will not be liable for any claims or exchanges if the customer has already gotten it stitched.
- Shipping costs (both ways) to send any non-damaged items will be paid by the customer.
- RCG will be responsible for shipping costs on defective/wrong merchandise only.
- RCG is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing.
- Items offered via Sale and Discounts will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
- Typically, refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection in the case of faulty goods.
- You can speed up the refund procedure through our Drop Ship facility & return the Full/Partial Order yourself to save your money and time.
- Your money will be returned to you through bank transfer, EasyPaisa or our other payment providers based upon your preference.
- RCG has full rights to update the Exchange policy without any prior notice.
